Adrian received Jesus as his Saviour when he was 20 years old, beginning what would be the most exciting and rewarding “journey of faith.” He is passionate about sharing the knowledge of God with others in a way that leads to transformed lives, and deeper intimacy with God. Adrian and his beautiful wife Tammy have two lovely daughters.
Adrian pursued his theological training at Wycliffe College, University of Toronto and earned a Master of Religion degree (2013), followed by a Doctor of Theology degree (2023). Shortly after completing his doctoral work, he earned a Certificate in Christian Apologetics from Talbot School of Theology (Biola University). His research interests include Christian theology, apologetics, end-time Biblical prophecy, and Biblical geography.
Adrian loves to travel! His journeys have included places that hold Biblical significance such as Israel, Egypt, ancient Ephesus, Rome, the Isle of Patmos, Athens, and Corinth. He is particularly interested in the Mediterranean world - it’s history, people, and of course, it’s delicious cuisine!
Cooking is another one of Adrian’s passions.
When relaxing, you may find Adrian with a book in one hand, and a cup of tea in the other. He also enjoys watching a variety of sports including soccer, baseball, hockey, and auto racing..

Adrian Isaacs’ Journeys of Faith is a platform that exists to provide people just like you and I and opportunity to explore matters related to Christian faith, spirituality, and theology in a safe, educational, exciting, and enjoyable manner with the goal of growing in our knowledge and experience of God.
Adrian’s desire is to see individuals embark on or continue their own “journey of faith,” recognizing the importance and the joy of life in Jesus Christ. We were created by God, and for God, and true fulfillment can only be found in Him.

Faith & Reason
Faith is foundational in our search for, and walk with God. But as many have recognized, the Christian faith is a deeply coherent, consistent, and logical faith. This category will explore the intersection of faith and reason as it concerns our divine Creator, the universe that He has created, and the humanity that He loves. The goal of these discussions is to trust what God has revealed, understand – so far as we can – what we believe, and deepen our knowledge of Jesus Christ.
Signs of the Times
Did you know that the Bible has much to say concerning the future of humanity, the world, and the universe? The future God has planned for His people is glorious, and He has not left us in the dark concerning that future. Jesus Christ is coming back to this earth. How close are we to this monumental and wondrous event? What will happen when He returns? Are there indicators as to when He will return? Let’s take a journey of faith together through Biblical prophecy and discover afresh – or perhaps for the first time – the tremendous hope found in God’s prophetic word.
On Location
God has acted in time and space. The story of redemption is woven in the fabric of real historical events that happened at certain places, at certain times, and involving certain people. The greatest example of this would be the incarnation – God Himself becoming a human being – in the person of Jesus Christ, in ancient Judea, in (according to most scholars) 4 B.C. Each discussion in this category will pertain to a specific location relevant to the Bible or Chrisitan history. Come and journey with us, and may your faith in God, and your knowledge of Him be deepened.

Faith & Reason
This platform integrates three main components in an attempt to fulfill its overall mission. First, much space is given to thinking through the claims, beliefs, and truths of the Christian faith, and defending it. This is a “journey of the mind and heart,” though it is one intended to have enriching and practical results. The goal here is to understand Christian truth, perceiving, through the enlightening of the Holy Spirit, its utter truthfulness, with the result of growing in our relationship with Christ (or coming to know Him for the first time). Those who are already Christians will be better equipped to defend their faith when called upon to do so.
End- Time Phophecy
The second component is a “journey into future,” so to speak. Here, we look at what the Bible teaches is to come regarding the future of this world, human society, and us as individuals. The technical term for this is eschatology (the doctrine of last things), but it is more popularly known as Biblical prophecy, or end-time prophecy. There is great joy and encouragement in studying Biblical eschatology, as we see the wonderful plan God ultimately has for humanity and this world.
On Location
Those first two components have their own dedicated blog sections. This final component doesn’t, but will “float” between the previous two as is fitting. This component considers the historical and geographical setting of the Christian faith – a “journey” to the lands of the Bible and Christian history. God willing, this will include actual tours and trips we will take together to learn more about the faith in the very locations where some of the events of the Bible and church history took place. Adrian is passionate about travel, and is well aware of the joy and enrichment that comes from journeying together, and physically situating ourselves in the geographical context of the faith.
